Are you interested in buying a real estate in Italy? First of all
you need to apply for a tax identification code. All you need for
this is a copy of your identity card and the future address of you
estate. On request we will manage this application for you. Then
an obligatory pre-contract between the owner of the estate and the
purchaser is made. The first prepayment of about 10 – 30 %
of the sales price needs to be paid. Later you need to make a notarial
contract of purchase to acquire the ownership of the estate for
the land register. The purchaser could state the estate in Italy
as the main residence with keeping the status of the main residence
in the mother country.
