There are routes for everyone – form the just-for-fun cyclist up to the professional one- offering different severities. Also racing cyclists will find various untraveled roads with different gradients which are ideal for cycling.

We advice you to take your own bike with you. Especially professional cyclists are relying on their own hardware. If this is too inconvenient for you, you can always rent a bike in Tuscany.

According to own experiences we also advise you to take a compass and an exact topographic map with you. Even with the best directions you can easily get lost in the almost impassable Macchia. You will find out off the Macchia somehow though.
The Tuscan nature is unique: quietness, the balance of the nature … Of course you have to respect the nature and act responsible and drive defensive!
